The San Diego Fire Protection Association is holding its annual golf tournament to benefit The Burn Institute. The event will be held at Carlton Oaks Lodge and Country Club in Santee on Thursday, May 14, 2009. Registration begins at 12:30. The event will conclude with a 6:30 p.m. award ceremony including dinner and drinks.

Prizes include 1st, 2nd and 3rd place team awards, the “2 Closest to the Pin” awards, a “Longest Drive” award and various raffled prizes. The format will be a four-person scratch scramble with men playing the white tees and women playing the green tees. Upon completion of play, scorecards should be turned in to the Pro Shop. Make sure your team's name and each player's name is included on the scorecard.

The San Diego Fire Protection Association will hold its 21st Annual Charity Event Saturday, May 19th, 2007 to benefit the San Diego Burn Institute. The Association is once again hosting a Golf Tournament as the means to raising funds.
